Returns, Order Cancellation, and Refunds 

  • The provision of goods and services by Boundless is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Boundless will contact you with options.

  • Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment. 

  • All orders are dispatched via Postnet service. A delivery being delayed is not grounds for return or refund.

  • You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

  • An order can be cancelled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer. Once payment has been made for an order, the order can only be cancelled before the order has been dispatched by Boundless. Orders that are cancelled through no fault of Boundless will incur a 10% handling fee.

  • If a product is not what you ordered or damaged or broken when you receive it, kindly inform us immediately. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you or refund you for the damaged or broken product. 

Product Availability and Delivery

Lead time is dependent on stock availability and order processing time, which in turn is influenced by the nature of our trade. Please don’t forget that our products are made by persons with disabilities. 

Should the product not be in stock we will contact you via email.

Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. 

We sell the goods to you on the following basis:

  • we will bear the cost and we will choose the way of packaging and the goods unless agreed otherwise;

  • we will do our best to dispatch the goods as soon as possible after you have placed an order, 

  • risks related to the goods pass to you on delivery;

  • ownership in the goods passes to you on payment of the fees in full; and

  • you have the same rights against us as we have against our suppliers in terms of any warranty attached to the goods or imposed by law

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. In this event every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. Re-shipment will be for your cost.
